These little 1-17s are great for playing the blues, picking around the fire, writing tunes, or all of the above. This guitar is extremely lightweight, responsive, and open, and its volume and depth of tone is sure to surprise and delight. The finish is largely original, though it’s been touched up in spots here and there. The bridge, bridge plate, pickguard, tuners, nut, and bar frets are all original! It’s had a center seam split that’s been repaired, as well a few small cracks on the top and back that are all glued and stable (see photos). It’s had a neck reset at some point and plays like a dream!
