An excellent sounding player grade 000-18 from the golden era. Original finish, original bridge plate, original tuners, and a new bridge and set up by master luthier TJ Thompson. Its tone is dry and woody with a bit of sparkle in the high end. It’s also very responsive, which is typical for guitars from this era. Repairs include: some localized touch-up near the previous bridge footprint, a very old 1” by 3.5” patch on the bass side, and four repaired cracks on the back.
It takes but a strum to fall in love with this one.
