Somebody loved this D-28. There is a patch and four cleanly repaired cracks on the top, as well as a few cracks on the sides (see photos) - but beyond that it’s all honest playwear and mojo. As with most Brazilian rosewood-equipped Martins, this guitar can scream or sing depending on your attack and intention. The tone is complex, with a focused fundamental and deep resonance. It’s set up perfectly and ready for another 60+ years of music.
